Your plan is personal. We treat it that way.

This policy explains what BTCC&US processes, what remains on your device, and the choices available to you.

01 · Scope

When this policy applies

This Privacy Policy applies to the BTCC&US website and application features that refer to it. BTCC&US is a focused XAU/USD signal and planning workspace. It may display real or delayed market context and lets you add local macro inputs, allocation scenarios, exposure records, and dated review notes.

This policy does not govern a third-party site, market-data source, operating-system service, or email provider that operates under its own privacy practices.

Key distinction: market context may be requested from an external data source, while your planning assumptions and records are designed to stay on your device.

02 · Information

Information we process

The exact information involved depends on how you use BTCC&US. The categories below describe the current product design.

CategoryExamplesWhere it is handled
Market contextXAU spot or trend data and freshness statusRequested from a market-data source or presented as delayed data
Local assumptionsDollar index, real-yield, stress score, triggers, and scenario values you enterStored locally on your device

Basic technical dataRequest time, browser type, referring page, and network address in standard server logsProcessed briefly by hosting or security providers

We do not ask you to connect a brokerage account, submit government identification, or provide bank credentials through the core planning workspace.

03 · Use

Why information is used

  • To provide market context, calculate an on-device planning regime, and display the scenarios you create.
  • To preserve local records and preferences between sessions where your device settings allow it.
  • To respond when you contact support, investigate a reported issue, and maintain correspondence.
  • To protect the service, limit abuse, diagnose availability problems, and understand basic technical performance.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce legitimate security requirements.

We do not use your allocation scenarios or review notes to build an advertising profile, and we do not sell personal information.

04 · Local storage

What stays on your device

BTCC&US is designed so your manual macro inputs, scenario assumptions, exposure records, and dated review notes can be saved using local browser or application storage. This data is not automatically uploaded to a BTCC&US account.

Your responsibility for local records

Local data may be removed if you clear browser data, remove the application, reset your device, or use a private browsing session. Anyone with access to an unlocked device or browser profile may also be able to view it. Use device-level access controls and keep any personal backup in a secure location.

Local storage controls

You can review or erase stored records from within available product controls. Your browser or operating system may offer additional storage and site-data controls.

05 · Providers

When another provider is involved

We may rely on a limited set of providers to operate the website, deliver market context, maintain security, and receive support messages. They may process only the information needed for their role.

  • Hosting and security providers may process basic request and network information to deliver pages and prevent abuse.
  • Market-data providers may receive a request for a market symbol or dataset. Your locally stored plan is not needed for that request.
  • Email providers process the details you voluntarily include when contacting us.

We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or the service, investigate fraud, or respond to a valid legal process. If the service is reorganized, relevant information may transfer subject to appropriate safeguards and notice where required.

06 · Retention

How long information remains

Local planning data remains on your device until you erase it, clear the relevant storage, or remove the application. We do not control backups created by your browser, device, or operating system.

Support correspondence is generally kept only as long as needed to respond, maintain a useful record of the issue, protect the service, and meet legal requirements. Basic server-security logs are retained for a limited period appropriate to operational and abuse-prevention needs.

07 · Your choices

Access and control

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information that we hold. Because core planning data is designed to remain local, many controls are available directly on your device.

ReviewInspect local records and the support information you chose to send.
CorrectEdit local assumptions or ask us to correct support-contact details.
EraseRemove local records or request deletion of eligible support correspondence.
Object or restrictAsk about eligible limits on processing under applicable law.

To make a privacy request about information we hold, email [email protected]. We may need to verify enough information to protect the person whose data is involved.

08 · Security

How we reduce risk

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the service. Local-first handling reduces how much planning information needs to leave your device.

No storage method or transmission system is completely secure. You can reduce risk by keeping your device and browser current, using screen-lock protection, avoiding untrusted devices, and carefully reviewing attachments before sending them by email.

09 · Children

Not directed to children

BTCC&US is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

10 · Changes

Updates to this policy

We may revise this policy as the product, providers, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top shows when the current version was last updated. If a change materially affects how information is handled, we will provide a notice appropriate to the change.

11 · Contact

Questions or requests

For privacy questions or rights requests, contact [email protected]. For general product support, use [email protected].

Please do not email brokerage credentials, government identifiers, or other sensitive financial information. We do not need them to answer a BTCC&US support question.
